Bondtite Uniweld is a high-strength, two-component acrylic adhesive system known for its fast curing and ability to form strong bonds on various similar and dissimilar materials, even on surfaces with traces of oil.
Product Details and Features
Composition: It is a two-component system, typically an epoxy resin and hardener, mixed in a 100:100 ratio by weight.
Bonding Strength: The adhesive offers extremely high bond strength, around 300 kg/cm², and high impact resistance.
Curing Properties: It has a pot life of 3-5 minutes and achieves handling strength in about an hour, with a full cure in approximately 2 hours at 25°C.
Material Compatibility: It is effective for bonding a wide range of materials, including metals, rigid plastics (ABS, PVC, PU, Polycarbonate), FRP, ferrite, ceramics, wood, leather, rubber, marble, and glass.
Unique Feature: A notable feature is its ability to achieve a high bond strength even on surfaces that have traces of oil.
The marketplace is crowded and all over the place but the owner and staff are really really nice and the way they talk to everyone is kind. Worth giving 5 stars.
